Flashback to the September 2014 Magazine Covers
As we eagerly await the all-important September 2024 issues to drop, we’re flashing it back a whole decade to the September 2014 magazine covers. As you might expect looking back a whole 10 years, a whole lot has changed – and perhaps for the better (at least on the diversity front).
Alexandra Shulman was at the helm of British Vogue, who served up model-of-the-moment Cara Delevingne as the magazine’s cover star. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley could been found down on the newsstand serving face via the fierce and fabulous cover of British Harper’s Bazaar while none other than Lady Gaga was decked out in head-to-toe Chanel on American Harper’s Bazaar as part of Carine Roitfeld’s inaugural icons feature. Models were reigning supreme on the September 2014 magazine covers, with Daria Werbowy on WSJ. Magazine, Natalia Vodianova was dialing up the glamour on Vanity Fair and models from past and present turned out for Vogue Italia‘s monumental (and instantly collectable) 50th anniversary issue.
